Need advice for Legal Photo company. Any attorneys out there?

Working on business plan for legal/insurance photography service. Looking for input from attorneys/adjusters. Would you use a photographer for accident/injury photos? How do you handle imaging needs for your firm? What should I address in starting such a service? Thanks.

   Of course you have asked this question before

   but in some areas a person who is doing investigation must be a licenced private dectective or working for one.
   And most attorneys use private firms that are properly licenced
