Insurance companies can’t agree on my car being totaled? (with pics)?

Should I report a claim to my insurance even if it was not my fault? The Repo co’ denies any damage.

My car got repo’ed yesterday and the report company damaged my car. They messed up my bumper and I even have photos of my driveway where my car ran over some bushes and made the FOAM inside of my front bumper fall off. I got my car back but now I got all kinds of scratches on my paint and my bumper and also its now lose and almost falling off. I told the repo company and they deny it. The guy said to send him some pictures of the damage but I’m wondering if I should even bother with that……should I just contact my insurance and let them know what happened? And let them duke it out?

Will this make my rates go up?

Will this in anyway affect me negatively with future claims?

I’m not sure what to do here…..please help…………
