I work for a Liability Insurance company in Los Angeles, and we get reports from Independent Adjusters where they go to the scene of accidents such as a slip/fall, and they do a report with photos, recorded claimant statements, etc…I’m just wondering what training or education is needed for doing this type of job???

A medium box of photos was shipped priority mail through the USPS from Northern Minnesota on Friday June 27th to Southern Florida and I still haven’t received it. I know it only takes 4 days to get stuff from Nebraska, and it’s been over a week now. Should I be worried? The sender is an idiot and didn’t get insurance or a tracking number. How long should it take to get here??

I purchased a 02 toyota celica from toyota dealership…insurance company said they switched my full coverage to liability without my knowledge…They said they switch it because I didn’t get a photo inspection of the car..they said they sent me letters in the mail that i never received.didn’t think I had too since I purchased from a large dealership not a used car lot…I still owe monthly payments…I live in florida…any help will be much appreciated

More bad news, i was unaware that my insurance was cancelled the previous month. Other Notes, I was carted away in an ambulance and the police called a toe truck to tow the car. I took photo’s of the area and where my car hit also. BTW- I own a 97 Nissan

If a car was in a previous accident where damage occurred, and no photos were taken before this present damage. How can it be proven that the current damage is from this accident?
